Once these strange projections into the skyline arrive one can be sure that something big is underway and this week marks the start of TVC’s return to centre stage. As I posted in the past this iconic part of British Broadcasting history is in intermission and is undergoing a major overhaul before it returns in its new guise which takes the best of the past and merges this with the future to produce a smart place – a creative hub, a public place and somewhere where people can live, work and visit.
