Linking People & Place,
To Unlock Performance & Potential

CRES our unique proposition

Having observed how both public and private sector organisations have struggled to align their property portfolios to a vastly different business environment post Covid we have developed this boutique type service to address a need for genuine independent support and thinking. Hence CRES, corporate real estate support.

Coping with a changing workforce, radically different models of working and massive technology shifts has huge implications for the built environment and how commercial real estate is consumed. Whilst both Bosses and Landlords have tried to get back to life as it was pre Covid the cocktail of inter-related forces made up of the fall-out from pandemic, economic upheaval, geopolitical volatility and disruptive technologies has made this impossible.

In many ways Covid ended the 20th century model of working and we are now in uncharted territory. For in-house facilities or property teams this poses unprecedented challenges of aligning space with a radically changed workforce. Now more than ever before the relationship between people and place needs to be better understood. Now more than ever before the relationship between people and place needs to be understood.

New operating models that create value for enterprises, new environments that deliver measurable advances in creativity, innovation, collaboration and engagement for employers as well as new charging and profit opportunities for suppliers are there for the making.
